This role owns planning, execution, financial performance, and client relationships, driving safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple locations simultaneously.If you thrive in fast-paced, multi-site environments and enjoy owning projects end-to-end, this role is built for you.What You'll DoPreconstruction & PlanningLead preconstruction efforts including estimating support, schedule development, logistics planning, and procurement strategy.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to finalize design intent and project requirements.Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Project LeadershipLead and mentor project teams (APMs, Project Engineers, field staff)Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and responsibilitiesServe as the primary client point of contactScheduling & ExecutionDevelop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or similar toolsCoordinate work sequencing, material deliveries, and subcontractor activitiesIdentify risks early and proactively mitigate delaysFinancial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysisReview and approve pay applications, change orders, and invoicesProtect project margins through cost control and scope managementSubcontractor & Vendor ManagementProcure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier contractsMonitor performance, enforce scope compliance, and resolve issuesEnsure adherence to quality standards and safety requirementsQuality, Safety, & CompliancImplement and oversee Quality Control PlansConduct regular site walks focused on quality, safety, and progressEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policiesClient Communication & CloseoutProvide consistent project updates on schedule, budget, and riskManage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and turnoverDeliver as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and post-project reviewsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 5–10 years of GC experienceProven experience managing multi-site commercial construction programsStrong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementExperience in general contracting environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to become proficient in Procore, Smartsheet, BuildingConnected, etc.OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)PreferredState/local GC licensePMP, CQMCLEED accreditation or sustainable construction experiencePay & BenefitsThe anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
