In this role, you’ll lead the Fleet Enablement team in delivering operational leverage for our customers by reducing time-on-task through automation and intelligent workflows. This includes building smart uploads, workflow automations, integration-driven use cases, and other initiatives that drive efficiency at scale. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions across our web and mobile platforms.You will influence the following areas: engineering leadership, technical strategy, code quality and performance, and mentorship. You will collaborate closely with fellow engineering leaders, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality releases. While the team’s scope is being reworked slightly as part of the re-org, the core skill set for this role remains largely the same. You have a solid background in building SaaS applications (web and mobile), with proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React, and experience leveraging external or system-generated data to power customer-facing workflows. Your leadership experience includes successfully managing and inspiring high-performing engineering teams, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative work culture. You exhibit strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
