CNC Machinist

CNC MachinistWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3- and 4-axis CNC machines, specializing in setup, operation, and tight tolerance machining. This position will involve working with oil and gas industry components, requiring precision and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Setup and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality components.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.Perform tight tolerance machining with regular quality checks using precision measurement tools.Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling to maintain accuracy.Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic machine maintenance.Work with various metals, including materials commonly used in the oil and gas industry.Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.Qualifications:2+ years of CNC machining experience (preferably with 3- and 4-axis machines).Strong knowledge of CNC setup, tooling, and offsets.Experience working with tight tolerances (0.0005").Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming is a plus but not required.Previous experience in oil and gas manufacturing is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay ($30+/hr, based on experience)Overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysIf you are a dedicated CNC Machinist looking for a great opportunity in the Tulsa, OK area, apply today!
