Manufacturing Engineer

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and making a real impact on the plant floor.If you're energized by turning inefficiencies into opportunities and want to see your ideas come to life in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.As a Manufacturing Engineer at Webco, you'll be at the center of operations-working side-by-side with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive performance and innovation.You will:Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing processesDesign and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivityLead process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and line balancingConduct time studies and analyze performance data to drive smarter decisionsPartner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtimeDevelop and standardize SOPs and work instructionsSupport new equipment launches, tooling improvements, and layout enhancementsLead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actionsTrain and support production teams on new processes and improvementsChampion Lean and continuous improvement efforts across the operationRequired:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Ability to communicate clearly and work across teamsPreferred:Manufacturing or industrial experienceExposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement toolsExperience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)At Webco, our engineers:Take ownership and follow throughCollaborate and build trust across teamsStay curious and continuously improvePut safety first-alwaysHold a high bar for quality and performanceShow up engaged and ready to make a differenceWork EnvironmentThis role splits time between office and plant floor.
