Our offices are located in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Memphis, Tennessee, as well as Charlotte, North Carolina, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Atlanta, Georgia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will be responsible for executing and enhancing operational processes to support trust administration activities. Key responsibilities will include:·Assist with new client onboarding by facilitating execution of new account paperwork, overseeing file and asset transfers, coordinating with outside investment firms, and performing reconciliations;·Utilize the trust accounting and administration systems to process transactions, record communications, create reports for internal and external use and ensure compliance requirements are being met;·Monitor daily trust system reports to ensure accuracy of transactions, account liquidity, etc.;·Support trust compliance by strictly adhering to Company policies and procedures, including by maintaining organized and well-documented files using standard naming conventions and assisting in annual review process;·Handle centralized operations activities, such as posting of daily receipts, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational workflows; and·Open and close accounts, book unique assets and process unique asset updates on the trust accounting system.QualificationsAttention to accuracy, detail and organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with office software and familiarity with financial systems and toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize under deadlinesPreferencesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in trust administration or financial services
