This person will support and work as an integral part of our Trust Administration Team administering a robust portfolio of trust accounts benefiting Pendleton client families. To apply, please send a resume and cover letter to gpappas@pendletonsquaretrust.comPrimary Tasks & Duties· Support Trust team in all areas related to trust administration including handling client inquiries responsively and professionally, facilitating beneficiary requests and managing overall daily trust administration tasks.· Assist with new client onboarding by facilitating execution of new account paperwork, overseeing file and asset transfers, coordinating with outside investment firms, performing reconciliations, ensuring special asset records are updated and welcoming new clients.· Utilize the trust accounting and administration systems to process various transactions such as funds transfers, beneficiary distributions and bill pay, record communications, create reports for internal and external use and ensure compliance requirements are being met.· Monitor daily reports to ensure account liquidity and accuracy of fiduciary administration transactions· Maintain account files, ensuring all documents are stored and named in accordance with policies and that they are well-organized and clutter-free.· Support trust compliance by strictly adhering to Company policies and procedures and assisting with annual account reviews.· Assist in the tax preparation process by gathering tax reporting, entering tracking information into system, coordinating with outside CPA firms and processing tax payments.· Support business development by responding to inquiries, assisting with marketing materials and participating in meetings with prospective clients and their advisors.Qualifications· Undergraduate degree· 1-4 years of administrative, financial services or related experience· Superior verbal and written communication skills· Ability to work independently and act as a problem solver· Client service oriented· Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines· Attention to detail (VERY important)· Computer skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
