Volke Water, LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Independent Sales Representative to help expand our water treatment equipment solutions across California’s agricultural and industrial markets.Volke Water provides water treatment equipment, chemical dosing systems, scale prevention solutions, irrigation water conditioning equipment, filtration support, and industrial water management technologies. As an official distributor of EMEC systems, we supply reliable equipment and practical guidance to help customers improve water quality, protect infrastructure, reduce maintenance problems, and operate more efficiently.We work with growers, farms, irrigation operations, food processors, packing facilities, industrial plants, water managers, contractors, and businesses that depend on reliable water treatment performance.Volke Water does not perform installations. We provide the right equipment, system recommendations, technical support, and training needed so customers, contractors, or service providers can properly install, operate, and maintain the systems.This role is best suited for someone with proven sales experience who is comfortable selling technical equipment to agricultural, industrial, irrigation, or water-related customers.What You’ll DoAs an Independent Sales Representative, you will develop new business and manage customer relationships throughout your assigned territory.Responsibilities include:Identify and contact potential customers in agriculture, irrigation, food processing, industrial operations, and related water-use marketsBuild relationships with growers, farm managers, irrigation companies, contractors, facility managers, plant operators, and water treatment decision-makersPromote Volke Water’s water treatment equipment, dosing systems, and water management solutionsVisit customer sites to understand water quality challenges, operating conditions, and equipment needsPrepare and deliver sales proposals, estimates, and equipment recommendationsExplain equipment, treatment options, and technical benefits in a clear, practical wayFollow up consistently with leads, quotes, and existing customersClose sales and develop long-term accountsCoordinate with Volke Water’s technical team to provide product guidance, customer training, and post-sale supportTrack contacts, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM or other sales toolsRequired QualificationsProven sales experience is requiredExperience in outside sales, or technical salesStrong ability to generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build trust with customers and maintain long-term business relationshipsTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn product and system detailsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own scheduleBasic computer and CRM skillsWillingness to travel locally within the service areaProfessional attitude and strong follow-throughPreferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:Water treatment equipmentAgriculture or irrigationIndustrial equipment or industrial servicesChemical dosing systemsPumps, filtration, or water conditioningFood processing or packing facilitiesGolf course water systemsEnvironmental services or water managementContractor, dealer, or distributor salesBilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.Why Work With Volke Water?Water problems are expensive.
