This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accountsIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the territoryConduct regular in-person visits with clients (minimum of 2 visits per month per account)Present product offerings and drive sales growth across accountsSet up and maintain physical product displays, including sample boards and merchandising materialsTravel frequently throughout Southern California to support customers and expand market presenceTrack sales activity and provide updates on account performanceQualificationsPrevious experience in a sales role (industry experience not required; tile or building materials is a plus)Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyComfortable with frequent travel and in-person client interactionOrganized and proactive with strong follow-throughValid driver's license and reliable transportation
