They are composed of three hospitals, offering a one-stop shop for all their client&#39;s pet&#39;s needs. From primary care services including vaccines and dental care to emergency services for injured or sick pets - they do it all. They have veterinary specialists with training in critical care, internal medicine, and veterinary surgery. If you want to be part of their outstanding team, then they want to speak with you!What You&#39;ll Be Working OnProvide the highest quality patient care: examine, diagnose, and treat patients presented on the emergency service according to the current standards of veterinary medicine throughout your shiftCreate a treatment plan (estimate) for every client whose pet is examinedCollaborate with their Specialists and involve them in the care of patients; communicate effectively with referring veterinarians and complete medical records within 36-hours of patients dischargeMaintain a high level of client communication and patient care; go above and beyond to provide great serviceMaintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork with all team membersIdentify opportunities to teach and mentor those around youQualificationsDoctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is requiredBe licensed or able to become licensed in the state of ArizonaCompleted a veterinary internship is highly desiredFive or more years&#39; emergency experience is preferred, mentorship available for new graduatesMust be Fear Free Certified or willing to becomeAble to work night shift and some weekendsHighly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for continuous learning and mentoringDemonstrated commitment to ethics and integrityStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhat&#39;s In It For YouEmployee Ownership through our ESOPCompetitive ProSal modelFlexible schedule done in 4-week blocks so you can easily plan80% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance coveredVeterinary Social Worker on staff to ensure your well-beingPaid time offRelocation support401KCE Allowance, Licensing dues, and Malpractice insurance coveredWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
