Warning, this position is not for the faint of heart!The Lucerne Group services the needs of the mobility industry by providing forged, cast, and stamped components for chassis, propulsion, and body structural applications. In addition to importing parts from our network of manufacturing partners, we have vertically integrated machining and assembly operations to increase our value add to our customers. Our next project is in the final stages of funding and will be launching in Q3 of this year (we cant share the details in this post, but as a teaser, it involves further vertical integration through onshoring manufacturing!).Lucernes customers value us as a single source for Forged / Cast / Stamped / Machining components and assemblies that increasing their diversity-spend. However, our HR department appreciates when we include themResponsibilitiesManagement of all general ledger accountingPreparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including the consolidation of multiple entities with intercompany transactionsManagement of all treasury functionsDevelopment and preparation of management reporting packagesEstablishment and maintenance of meaningful KPIs to drive operating performancePreparation of monthly variance analysesPreparation of ad hoc analyses to support executive teamManagement of annual independent audit processActive maintenance of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application and bank reconciliation processActive maintenance of inventory cost accountingManagement of internal controlsSupport tax professionalsAdministration of payroll Management of ERP systemParticipation in process to integrate acquired entities into existing operationsQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (preferably related to the Automotive Industry)Strong working knowledge of GAAP and cost accountingMeticulous attention to detailsExcellent Excel skillsComfortable setting up and operating ERP systems (ECI M1, Plex)Comfortable working in a very hands-on entrepreneurial, high-growth enterprise Undergraduate degree in AccountingCPA and/or advance degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not requiredBenefits Information: At Lucerne International, we provide benefits that set us apart from the competition.
