Interior Designer - Commercial/Multi-Family

TRIO has an immediate opening for an experienced Designer to join our Commercial/Multi-Family Division. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.We are seeking a highly creative, driven design professional with 5+ years of experience in commercial and multi-family interiors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong skill set across all phases of design, including concept development, presentations, space planning, furniture specification, construction documentation, contract administration, and project scheduling.This role requires a solid understanding of building codes, and experience in construction administration and interior design documentation. Candidates should have hands-on experience with large-scale amenity spaces such as resort-style clubhouses, leasing and sales offices, spas, and restaurant environments.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction documents and millwork, and the ability to produce a complete drawing set. Experience with furniture and textile specifications is required. Strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Photoshop is essential.We’re looking for someone with a passion for design, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
