JOB DESCRIPTIONMilton Wes Art is hiring two Collector Relations Specialists to grow our reach across private collectors and the trade.Milton Wes Art is the studio of Harlem artist Corey Wesley. We create one of one works on archival museum quality aluminum and framed fine art for collectors, interior designers, and corporate clients who want art with a point of view. Our work lives in private collections, design forward interiors, and offices across the country.We are a small team that treats selling art as a craft built on listening, taste, and follow through. This is a commission based role with uncapped earnings. NY area preferred, remote considered.There are two lanes. Tell us which one fits how you sell.ROLE 01 — INBOUND · Private CollectorsYou are the first voice a collector hears. Warm leads come to you through the website, gallery walks, and referrals. Your job is to move them from interest to ownership.• Respond fast to inbound collector inquiries • Recommend pieces based on taste, space, and budget • Coordinate viewings, shipping, and after sale follow up • Keep clean CRM notes so every relationship compoundsROLE 02 — OUTBOUND · TradeYou build the trade book. Interior designers, architects, art consultants, hospitality. You open doors, present a portfolio, and turn a meeting into a placement.• Build relationships with designers, consultants, and trade buyers • Pitch the studio for residential, hospitality, and corporate projects • Lead trade presentations and studio visits • Own a target list and a pipeline you can defend in a numberWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThree things matter more than a résumé.• Taste and curiosity. You talk about art without sounding rehearsed and you are genuinely curious about the people buying it. • Closing instinct. You ask for the sale, you follow up, and you do not wait for a lead to go cold before you check back in. • Network or hustle.
