Full Stack Java Software EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Java Software Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.In this role, you will be part of a contact center technology team, focusing on migrating contact center software from on-premise to a cloud infrastructure. This position involves engineering design, development, and deployment of middleware to fill product gaps and integrate systems. The work is a mix of backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React) development to build and maintain UIs and deliver value to the :Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutionsDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programsReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectivesMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutionsCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issuesLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequirements:5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education5-7 years of Java Development experienceExperience with Spring Boot, React, and MicroservicesExperience with KafkaFamiliarity with OCP (Cloud Foundry) or other cloud deployment environmentsExperience with modern stack as a developerDesired Skills:GenAI/LLM experience (creating agents, LLM integrations)Experience in Contact Center technology developmentPay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
