Commercial Construction Estimator - Laguna Hills, CA

Job DescriptionSauers Lopez Construction is an established general contractor that is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator for auto dealership construction projects.What you will be doing:Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solicit and qualify subcontractor bidders. Process bid RFI’s. Process and interpret change orders and submittals. Identify labor, material, and time requirements from construction plans with costs associated with them. Ability to manage bid process independently and present final bids to management. What we need from you:Thorough knowledge of the commercial construction industry. At least five (5) years of experience in commercial estimating or equivalent training and experience. Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to influence and lead projects. Have strong analytical, attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills. Must be a good communicator with strong conflict resolution skills. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Office, Excel and Construction Software.
