A Head of Engineering is landing imminently to own org design and delivery. That means you own product architecture and customer outcomes from day one, not the org chart.What your Monday to Friday looks like9 AM: using Claude Code, you have just implemented a new extraction pipeline that changes how institutional leases get analysed. By noon a major real estate firm emails: "This just saved us 40 hours of work." By Thursday you are troubleshooting with their development team on an API integration. By Friday data is flowing and the customer is making faster portfolio decisions because of what you shipped.That is a normal week. You own product areas end to end.
