Description Pain Management Opportunity - CHRISTUS HealthLocation: Alamogordo, NMSchedule: Full-timeRecruiter: Reeve Delmas (512) 779-1338Position Overview:We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Provider to join a growing team in Southern New Mexico. This is a full-time, permanent position designed to expand access to Interventional Pain Management procedures and reduce opioid prescription. The incoming physician will have access to a brand-new GE ultrasound, supporting high-quality, image-guided procedures.Practice Highlights:Clinic Hours: Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Clinic Volume: Approximately 20-25 patients per day, with procedure frequency varying based on need.Procedure Volume: Varies;Four procedural day weekly, block scheduling at onsite surgery center. OR available for higher risk patientsProcedures Performed-Includes but is not limited to:Radiofrequency ablationsTOCS (Thoracic Outlet Compression Syndrome)EpiduralsMedial branch blocks etc.EMR Systems: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital);transitioning to Epic in March 2026Ideal Candidate:MD or DOBackground in Anesthesia, will consider NeurologyFellowship-trained in Pain ManagementSpinal cord stimulator experience is ideal but not requiredComfortable with a fast-paced clinic and procedural scheduleWhy CHRISTUS Health?At CHRISTUS Health, we believe that our team is our greatest asset.
