Job DescriptionBizTek People is in search for an experienced Receptionist for our client in Houston, TX!Schedule: In office, 5 days 8:30AM - 5:00PMBenefits: Health, Vision, DentalMeet & Greet VisitorsWelcome all guests with a warm and professional demeanorNotify host(s) upon arrival and maintain the visitor logEscort guests to meeting rooms as neededOffer refreshments such as water, coffee, or teaDevelop a strong understanding of the organization, including key leadership members and their executive assistants Manage Conference Center Reservations & LogisticsMaintain knowledge of all conference room names, seating capacities, and locationsOversee bookings for client-facing conference rooms using sound judgmentCoordinate with administrative staff for catering needs and vendor follow-upsEnsure conference rooms remain clean, organized, and presentation-readyServe as a liaison with departments such as security, facilities, IT, multimedia, and mail services Administrative SupportRegister visitors through the building's security systemPerform light administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, scanning, filing)Receive mail, sign for packages, and manage messenger requestsProvide backup assistance to the administrative team as needed, including travel and expense support RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate settingConsistently maintains a positive, professional attitudeDemonstrates adaptability and effective conflict resolution skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilitiesStrong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills in a dynamic environmentTeam-oriented with a collaborative approach and attention to detailEducation: High School Diploma required
