Project Manager - SuccessFactors

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SuccessFactors Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, specifically with SuccessFactors implementations, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.5-7 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on managing SuccessFactors implementations.PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation.Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Responsibilities:Manage multiple SuccessFactors projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Utilize both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies effectively.Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Manage stakeholder relationships, including interactions with senior executives and clients.Required Skills : Manager,SAP
