Acts as the primary technical resource for onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live readiness.Key Responsibilities• Lead EHR integration, interface configuration, testing, and deployment • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities • Support data analysis, documentation, and business case development • Assist with go-live activities (training, support, conversion, logistics) • Perform PMO tasks: status reporting, work plans, and tracking • Support change management and stakeholder communication Required Skills• Experience with EHR systems and interoperability (HL7, FHIR, USCDI) • Strong business analysis and data analysis skills • Project coordination and stakeholder management experience • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
