Director of Mission Delivery Direct Hire | Full-Time | Hybrid – North Dallas (community-based work across assigned regions) $85-90k + bonus + benefitsImprimis Group is hiring a Director of Mission Delivery to own membership growth, community engagement, and team performance across multiple regions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build teams, drive results, and stay close to the community.You will lead recruitment, volunteer support, and program alignment while ensuring strong execution from first touch through long-term engagement. This is not a sit-back leadership role, this is someone who leads from the front, makes decisions, and holds a high bar.What You’ll Own Membership growth and retention across assigned regions Community engagement strategy and execution Leadership of recruiting, volunteer support, placement, and program teams Building strong, visible community partnerships (schools, organizations, local leaders) Full membership funnel: outreach ? conversion ? placement ? retention Team performance, coaching, and accountability Data-driven planning, forecasting, and executionWhat You’ll Do Translate organizational goals into clear, executable plans at the local level Lead and develop a team of community-facing staff responsible for recruitment and support Drive relationship-based outreach that is not transactional, it’s community-driven Ensure consistent presence in the community and strong brand visibility Monitor performance using data, dashboards, and reporting tools — adjust quickly when needed Create alignment across teams so handoffs are seamless and the experience is strong from start to finish Identify gaps in access and lead efforts to expand reach into underserved communities Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and follow-throughWhat You Bring Proven leadership experience managing teams, performance, and outcomes Strong background in community engagement, outreach, recruiting, or sales-driven environments Ability to work through data — forecasting, tracking performance, and adjusting strategy Experience leading in fast-moving, evolving environments Comfortable making decisions without perfect information Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internally and externally Track record of building partnerships and growing programs or marketsWhat Success Looks Like Consistent membership growth and improved retention High-performing, engaged team with clear accountability Strong community presence and trusted partnerships Clean execution across the full lifecycle — no breakdowns between teams Decisions driven by data, not guessworkRequirements Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field Experience managing teams, metrics, and budgets Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned regions Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed Must pass background screeningWhy This Role This is a mission-driven organization doing meaningful work in the community.
