VP of Tax-Global, Reputable Financial Services Firm-Scaling, High Impact Role!

A reputable global leading global investment management firm is seeking a VP of Global Tax to help lead and scale its tax function. This is a true leadership seat with strategic involvement in live transaction analysis, not just downstream reporting. This is a senior role for a tax leader who will have visibility, influence, and ownership—someone who can operate as a trusted partner to Investments, Accounting, Legal, and senior management while driving risk management, process improvement, and decision support at scale. $230-$300K (base + full annual bonus) Hybrid 3 days/week in office Responsibilities Lead global funds tax reporting for Private Credit strategies, with accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and risk management Provide real-time tax analysis on fund and deal activity to inform investment and structuring decisions Oversee external service providers and internal teams delivering investor and regulatory tax reporting Partner cross-functionally with Investment Teams, Accounting, Legal, and Technology to scale processes and improve data integrity Evaluate and implement responses to new tax laws and regulatory developments affecting global partnerships Monitor and proactively mitigate tax risk across domestic and international fund structures Serve as a senior point of contact for tax authorities, including audits and inquiries Qualifications CPA strongly preferred. Master's degree preferred 10–15+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting and/or asset management / financial services Deep expertise in partnership taxation and investment vehicles Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders Strong command of data, systems, and analytics to support scalable tax reporting Leadership Profile Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority Strategic thinker who still understands the technical detail High integrity, strong judgment, and a hands-on leadership style J-18808-Ljbffr
