Bilingual Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join the team. This is an onsite position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience.As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers both inbound and outbound.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and emails with customers.Guide customers through the order processing and product details.Document all interactions in the CRM system with accurate data entry and attention to detail.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.Deescalate calls as neededTranslate bilingual Spanish calls and written emails to Spanish/EnglishAssist with outbound calls for follow-ups.Customer account management and verification of information.Process payments accordingly and provide receipt via email to the customerAssist with any troubleshooting tier one support for the customer.Support special projects as needed.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare industries.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.If you meet the minimum requirements and interested in this position apply now!Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hourSearch managed by: Morgan RossBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
