" content="Duties and Responsibilities This HVAC Technician position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and residential climate control, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. Technicians must navigate NYCs strict building and environmental codes to ensure optimal indoor air quality and energy efficiency across dense urban areas Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Respond to customer service requests related to mechanical issues with HVAC equipment, and work alongside and assist other employees in completing assigned work orders Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems including circuits, compressors, refrigerant lines and more to ensure they operate properly Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units Install replacement parts on existing HVAC units Hands-on experience and working knowledge in troubleshooting HVAC systems, split, and packaged units Report to work as scheduled with minimal absenteeism or tardiness Work safely and use safety equipment; be familiar with and adhere to EPA and OSHA policies Ensure that Company and Government safety, policy and regulatory standards are met while maintaining zero preventable incidents Provide services and interact with customers to ensure that we provide all our customers with the best possible satisfaction Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required " /> Email Opening
