In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in 85% residences or 15% commercial establishments.Job Description:Mazgan A.C. & Heating Repair is hiring a skilled HVAC technician with experience in both heating and air conditioning systems.We stay busy all year long — heating in the winter, A/C in the summer, and steady service work in between. No slow seasons.We're looking for someone who can diagnose, repair, and install with confidence.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain:Gas boilers (steam & hydronic)Tank and tankless water heatersCentral A/C and ductless mini-split systemsHeat pump systemsPerform electrical, refrigerant, and airflow troubleshootingInstall and replace HVAC equipmentWork with pumps, expansion tanks, zone valves, line setsPerform flushing, descaling, charging, and pressure testingCommunicate clearly with customers and explain options Requirements:2–5+ years HVAC experienceStrong in both heating and A/C systemsAbility to troubleshoot independentlyValid driver's licenseReliable and ready to work What We Offer:Strong pay based on experienceSteady work all year (no slow season)Growth opportunitySolid team environment Preferred (not required):Experience with hydronic systems and controls (Tekmar, Taco, etc.)EPA CertificationExperience with gas piping and venting systems Qualifications: Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable educationValid Drivers LicenseEPA CertificationExperience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systemsAbility to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 poundsThis is a remote position.
