EPIC Certification Required: Orders/BugsyHybrid: Candidates are required to be available to be on-site at Melville, NY, for go-live from 5/15-6/30.The Epic Orders/Bugsy Analyst is responsible for various tasks related to implementing and maintaining Epic applications.Key responsibilities include:Client Engagement: Collaborating with customers to identify and implement deliverables as agreed upon in the statement of work.Technical Support: Providing tier-two support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system functionality meets business requirements.Project Management: Leading projects, documenting procedures, and managing system changes as per user requests.Documentation and Testing: Creating test scripts, performing testing, and maintaining ongoing maintenance and configuration updates.
