*Product Data Specialist*Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.*Location:* On-site *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*Overview*We’re hiring a Product Data Specialist to support product data management across ERP, Magento, and upcoming PIM systems (Akeneo, SDM).This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building, maintaining, and validating product data that powers our marketplace and customer experience.*Responsibilities** Build and manage product data in ERP and Magento using Excel templates * Execute bulk uploads, updates, and data migrations * Maintain product attributes, descriptions, images, and catalogs * Ensure data consistency across ERP, website, marketplace, and PIM systems * Identify and resolve data issues and inconsistencies * Support product onboarding and new product launches*Requirements** Only local candidates will be considered. This role is fully on-site and does not support relocation. * Familiarity with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms * Experience with ERP systems * Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, bulk data handling) * High attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment*Work Environment** On-site, working closely with Product Data and Digital Commerce teams * Business casual office environment * Fast-paced, execution-focused team*Growth & Exposure** Direct exposure to how product data supports a growing eCommerce marketplace * Opportunity to take on more ownership as the team scales and responsibilities become more specialized*Important*This is *not* a data analytics or strategy role.
