Senior Estimator

We're looking for a detail-oriented SeniorEstimator to join a dynamic team in Richmond, VA. The team is known for its collaborative culture, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to excellence.Core Duties:Analyze plans, specifications, and addenda to determine complete project scope and identify cost, schedule, and constructibility risks.Solicit, scope, and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals; level bids and clarify inclusions/exclusions.Prepare complete bid packages, proposal documents, and clarifications aligned with company and client requirements.Leadership And CollaborationLead, train, and mentor estimators and preconstruction staff, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to align estimates with planned means, methods, and durations.Build and maintain strong relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers to improve coverage and pricing.Clear Growth Path: Excel as our Senior Estimator and fast-track into VP of Estimating or higher— we've promoted top performers straight to C-suite roles.Gain hands-on exposure to strategic bidding, client partnerships, and high-stakes decisions that shape our multimillion-dollar portfolio.This is a great opportunity to be part of a respected team known for quality work and integrity across the Mid-Atlantic region.
