📍 Minneapolis, MN – Estimator (Power BI & Primavera P6 Required)We are partnering with a leading Owner’s Representative and construction Consultancy firm in Minneapolis who seek an Estimator, or someone looking to start their career within Estimating. This person should be professional, organised and analytical with a keen interest in progressing their career. This position supports complex capital programs across infrastructure, ground-up developments, core & shell, tenant improvements, and refurbishments. Projects span Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Entertainment, and Infrastructure sectors.Position OverviewThis role requires knowledge in Power BI and Primavera P6 to support data-driven cost and schedule integration within complex capital programs. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop cost plans integrated with scheduling dataUtilize Power BI for reporting and analyticsPrepare detailed estimates and forecastsCollaborate with architects and stakeholdersDeliver client-facing advisory reportingRequired QualificationsOwner’s Rep or Consultancy experience preferredInfrastructure exposure desirableAdvanced Power BI expertiseStrong Primavera P6 experience (minimum requirement)Analytical, methodical, and professionalThis is an in-office role in Minneapolis.Compensation & Benefits401(k)Medical and Dental InsuranceGenerous PTODiscretionary BonusSalary truly dependent on expertise and technical capability
