We are currently hiring dependable, fast-paced team members to join our 1st Shift Production Team. What You’ll Do Hand fill and package spice products Apply labels and prepare finished goods Pick and pack customer orders Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a supportive production team What We’re Looking For Reliable and motivated individuals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Production bonus program (averaged over $1/hour last year) 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Paid vacation (after 1 year) Paid holidays Excellent working conditions — climate-controlled (heated & air-conditioned) facility Opportunities for advancement within the company Schedule Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime opportunities available during busy seasons.
