Position Summary Our Quick Coupling Division is looking for new Assembly team members to help keep the world moving. Assembly team members are responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging quick connect couplings and related components to meet production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by following standardized work instructions, maintaining accurate production records, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement. Parker's Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our Grantsburg, WI plant provides critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, and Data Centers. ResponsibilitiesAssemble quick release couplingsOperate all assembly equipmentPackage completed assemblies for shipmentVerify the function of the productParticipate in continuous improvement opportunities and help implement them by using the A3 and 3 legged 5 why toolsEnsure quality standards are met in all processesFollow standard work and work instructionsMaintain clean work environment using 5S principleWork in a safe manner, complying with all safety policies and proceduresMaintain a minimum 90% daily attainment level The essential functions have been provided as example of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
