Lead Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking a *Lead Full Stack .NET Developer* with strong hands-on experience in *C#, .NET, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript, and SQL*. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality applications. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using *.NET, C#, Angular, and Blazor*. * Develop and maintain web applications using *JavaScript and SQL*. * Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. * Lead and mentor a small development team. * Conduct *code reviews* and enforce development standards and best practices. * Establish and maintain coding, testing, documentation, and version-control standards. * Support *CI/CD* practices and continuous improvement of the development process. * Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance, security, and code quality. * Identify opportunities for refactoring and modernization of existing applications. *Required Skill* * *12+ years* of software development experience. * Strong hands-on experience with *.NET Framework/.NET and C#*. * Strong experience with *Angular and Blazor*. * Proficiency in *JavaScript and SQL*. * Previous experience as a *technical lead or team lead*. * Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews. * Strong understanding of *CI/CD, version control, testing, and secure development practices*. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
