We are searching for a Graphic Designer to join their growing team!HybridResponsibilities:Ideate, design and produce artwork for web, email, paid and organic social collateralCreative design of branding and packaging materials as well as in-store visuals and mailersWork cross functionally with eCommerce team, marketing, etc. to ensure brand alignment and compelling messagingCreation of original assets from photography, video, Ad Copy, and so on. with the occasional management of freelancers and outside agency for executionUtilize UX principals to elevate web designIdeate and execute creative A/B testing to evaluate and improve design strategiesUtilize Figma to design and create various projectsQualifications:2+ years of relevant experience in the apparel industryProficient in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and FigmaStrong portfolio of work and a fun, innovative aestheticMust be highly organized, motivated, proactive and a team playerStrong communication skills and ability to work well in multiple areas of developmentPlease submit a resume and portfolio for consideration!We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
