In this role, you'll provide essential support to our design process, from initial sketching through final production tracking. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our private label accounts and see your work come to life.We are specifically looking for recent college graduates with a Fashion Design degree who are based in the NYC area and ready to grow their careers within a fast-paced wholesale corporate environment.What You'll DoDevelop & Create: Contribute directly to the seasonal design process by sketching in Adobe Illustrator and developing detailed tech packs and product specifications.Sample Management: Own the day-to-day organization, checking in, and tracking of all design and prototype samples. Prepare samples for critical line reviews and presentations (steaming, hanging, and organizing).Process Support: Create, update, and maintain physical and digital presentation boards. Manage accurate data entry within the PLM system for both development and production styles.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key daily liaison with the Production department. Organize and manage trims, artwork layout packages, and other design-related materials.Who We're Looking ForLocation: Must be currently based in the New York City metropolitan area (commutable to our NYC office).Education: A newly completed Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Fashion Design is highly preferred.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a fashion design capacity (strong internship experience at a wholesale or apparel brand is highly valued).Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
