Through this affiliation, we provide a comprehensive range of services—including audit, accounting, tax, and advisory—while offering our team the reach and resources of a global organization with the close-knit feel of a local firm.Our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services department is seeking a CAAS Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their accounting needs, resolving issues, and providing financial insights. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in client management and project management.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored accounting solutionsManage client projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetsCoordinate with different departments to deliver comprehensive servicesPrepare and review financial reportsPrepare, review, and submit compliance filings, and other regulatory filingsOversee and manage client projects, ensuring timely completion of and adherence to budgetsMonitor project process and provide regular updates to clients and senior managementProvide guidance and support to bookkeepers, fostering their skills and developmentUtilize advanced accounting software and tools to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve data accuracySupport the development of team members through training, supervision, and constructive, timely review of work.Ensure all bookkeeping activities comply with internal policies and procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsLearn and demonstrate evolving accounting and technology skillsParticipate in firm wide initiativesQualifications: RequiredMBA/BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field5+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in a CPA, business management, or outsourced accounting firmUnderstanding of taxation, payroll and other fiscal aspects of a businessExperience in financial forecasting and budgetingProficient in accounting software (QuickBooks), Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent knowledge of general ledger accounting and principlesPrior bookkeeping experience requiredPrior experience managing staff preferredRequired Core Competencies Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow and improve defined processesCustomer‑service orientation and responsivenessStrong prioritization, communication, and professionalism with sensitive informationStrong analytical problem-solving skillsExcellent understanding of business and accounting conceptsAbility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projectsAttention to detail coupled with patience and tenacityAdditional NotesThis position is primarily remote. However, occasional onsite presence is required for team meetings, planning sessions, and key initiatives. This position requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.
