Position Summary Liquid Life is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Care Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our maintenance operations, property owners, and guests. In this essential coordination role, you'll be responsible for managing work order schedules, dispatching technicians and vendors, and ensuring seamless communication across all departments. Key ResponsibilitiesAdjust and manage schedules and timelines for work ordersAssign technicians and vendors to work ordersCommunicate updates to Owner Relations and Guest Services regarding task statusNotify Owner Relations when:Vendors are dispatched to unitsWork is being performed in unitsItems must be removed from unitsInterpret vendor notes and relay relevant information to Owner RelationsAnticipate and proactively address questions from Owners and the Owner Relations teamHandle weekend responsibilities, including:Contacting owners for urgent approvalsUpdating Owner Relations on weekend issuesCoordinating after hours/weekend vendors/contractors Required QualificationsStrong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and compositionThree years of relevant business experience and a high school diploma (Grade 12 equivalent)Professional demeanor with a high energy level and consistently positive attitudeAbility to manage multiple situations and solve problems effectivelyStrong stress management and adaptability skills Compensation & Benefits Hourly Salary$18 - $22 BenefitsPaid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation daysHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceRetirement benefits or accounts
