This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating team schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring properties consistently meet high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.You'll play a key role in resolving escalated guest concerns, supporting on-site teams, and keeping operations running efficiently across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong results for property owners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate team member schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiencySchedule and oversee vendors to support timely, high-quality maintenance and servicesUphold high standards for cleaning, maintenance, and overall property presentationResolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally to protect the guest experienceDevelop and execute proactive plans to keep properties in excellent conditionDrive guest satisfaction and maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higherLead, support, and motivate a positive, engaged, and tenured teamActively identify and deliver opportunities to Wow the Guest at every touchpointRetain property owners by maintaining homes to agreed-upon standards and expectationsManage the assigned territory in alignment with approved budgets and performance goals Required Qualifications2 years of professional experience in an office settingLeadership experience preferredPrevious experience in the vacation rental industry preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have reliable transportation to and from workAvailable to work holidays and weekends Compensation, Benefits & ScheduleAnnual Salary$55,000 - $65,000BonusBonus based on KPIs and will could 150% payout maximum potential.BenefitsPaid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation daysHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife insuranceRetirement benefits or accountsHealthcare spending or reimbursement accounts, such as HSAs, FSAs, and HRAsLong term and Short term disability insuranceTuition reimbursementChildcare benefitsGym memberships or discountsEmployee recognition programsCommuting/travel assistanceWorkplace perks such as recreation activities, food and coffee, and flexible work schedules ScheduleWeekdays, weekends, holidays and after hours are required in this role
