In this role, you’ll own core accounting activities, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive process improvements that strengthen our finance operations.ResponsibilitiesSupport various month-end close analyses, including revenue, commissions, and other accrued expensesPerform initial sales contract set-up reviewPrepare cloud invoicing analyses and related invoicesRespond to billing questions and billing-related requests by Sales and other departments of the CompanyPrepare sales commission calculations and maintain sales commissions credit awardsAssist in testing changes to financial applicationsResearch Accounts Payables requests from various departmentsPerform initial review of Purchase OrdersRequirementsBS/BA in AccountingMinimum of 1-3 years of relevant accounting experienceOperational accounting experience preferredProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid critical thinking skills and attention to detailHighly organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlinesStrong work ethicCommitted to diversity and inclusionAt Manhattan, it’s about more than just the work.
