Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our team full-time in Coconut Creek, FL (hybrid flexibility available).In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly — managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, processing expense reports, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure the accuracy of our financial records. You'll also support financial reporting and help identify and resolve discrepancies as they arise.What We're Looking For:Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial practicesExperience processing expense reports and preparing detailed financial documentationStrong analytical skills with a sharp eye for discrepanciesProficiency in QuickBooks (candidates with a strong accounting background but limited QuickBooks experience are encouraged to apply — we're happy to train the right person)Competency in preparing and posting journal entriesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsIf you're a motivated accounting professional who takes pride in accuracy and wants to grow with a team that values your work, we'd love to hear from you!
