Clinical Psychologist
You will work with our tech and product teams to continually refine our AI models using real clinical insights, bridging the gap between advanced machine learning and the nuanced realities of child development. This is a role for someone who believes that the best clinical work does not happen behind closed doors, but in the communities that need it most.
Qualifications M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI registered) or M.Sc. in Applied / Child Psychology with relevant clinical experience
1-2 years of hands-on experience in child psychological assessment and therapeutic work in a clinical, hospital, or child development centre setting
Proficiency with standardised assessment tools: CARS, ISAA, Vineland, WISC/MISIC, DSM-5 diagnostic frameworks
Experience writing structured, formal psychological evaluation reports
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children (ages 012) presenting with neurodevelopmental concerns including ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and learning disabilities
Administer and interpret standardised tools including CARS, ISAA, Vineland-3, WISC, MISIC, DSMB, and other validated instruments
Prepare detailed, clinically sound psychological evaluation reports for families, schools, and referring professionals
Conduct parent-counselling sessions to communicate findings, prognosis, and intervention pathways with clarity and compassion
Design and deliver individualised therapeutic intervention plans aligned with each child\'s developmental profile and family context
Document case insights systematically to create structured data that strengthens the platform\'s machine learning models
