Neuropsychologist / Clinical Psychologist Job Opening at Center for CBT – New Jersey The Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, a growing group psychology private practice in East Brunswick, NJ, is looking to hire a neuropsychologist with expertise in evaluating children and adolescents.  Who We AreWe are a passionate team of clinicians dedicated to providing personalized, research-supported clinical services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. We prioritize the health and happiness of our team members with sound work-life balance and outstanding clinical support/supervision. Neuropsychologist PositionThe position consists of providing testing, and, to the extent desired, therapy. Specific testing responsibilities include comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational testing to children, adolescents, and young adults with a range of presenting concerns (e.g. ADHD, autism, learning differences); report writing; providing feedback to families; and providing consultation to school-based personnel. There are some opportunities to test adults if desired. In addition to testing, the candidate may provide evidence-based treatment to individuals and/or families though this is not required. The candidate’s areas of clinical expertise may align with or expand our current ones. Current areas of expertise include autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, Tourette syndrome, trichotillomania, OCD and anxiety disorders, school refusal, ADHD, trauma, depression, and self-injury.  QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position is a vibrant and dynamic clinician, eager to help youth and families, and committed to using evidence-based practices. The candidate is excited to work in a collaborative environment as a key member of the team, develop their niche within the practice, and work alongside experienced psychologists who are experts in their respective specialties.  A doctoral degree in clinical or school psychology is required. Completion of a post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology is preferred. Training and experience with the ADOS-2 and/or school-based behavioral observations is preferred.  Compensation and BenefitsPart-time and full-time candidates will be considered, as well as per diem (per evaluation).
