PLM Program Manager
Overview:
In this PLM Program Manager role, you lead enterprise PLM programs from strategy through deployment, aligning business objectives with technology delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive governance, process transformation, and value realization. The role sits at the intersection of executives, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful PLM implementation and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise PLM programs including new implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource plans
- Establish governance structures and executive steering committees; manage program reporting
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements across engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, and supply chain
- Coordinate solution delivery teams and oversee requirements management, design, testing, deployment, and adoption
- Drive business process transformation across PDM, change/configuration management, BOM, QC, manufacturing planning, digital thread/digital twin
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of PLM, engineering systems, manufacturing systems, or enterprise software implementations 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing large cross-functional, customer-facing programs
- Strong understanding of product development and PLM concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
- Proven budgets, schedules, risks, and team management experience
