Required Skills/Knowledge:
Dependable
Operate CNC Mill
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance
Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
Follow Quality Procedures
Basic math and computer skills
Knowledge of removing burrs
1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift(s) / 8 Hour shifts – Monday through Friday / Overtime Optional when available
Additional Skills:
Ability to set up Mori Seiki NV5000 from start to finish including prepping of tools
Ability to set up DMU 40 and DMU 50 with pallet changer from start to finish including prepping of tools
Ability to read and understand M and G codes
Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls
Knowledge of Lyndex Nikken rotary table with 3+2 on vertical Mills
Experience with full 5-axis vertical Mills
Trouble shoot machining processes and machines
Operate multiple machines at one time
Use of Zeiss CT scanner
Experience with Medical Components
Physical Requirements:
Lift 40 lbs. occasionally
Standing for prolonged periods of time
20/20 vision with correction
