Front Desk Supervisor

About the JobWe are currently seeking a new team member as a Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside.Our property, located by one of the busiest airports in the country, offers 485 guest rooms, approximately 30,000 sq ft meeting space along with resort-like amenities such as an outdoor pool, pool bar and several food and beverage outlets.The individual applying this position must have a passion for providing service and will be responsible for the supervision of the Front Desk staff, as well as liaison to all other hotel departments.Requirements:Applicants with previous full service Marriott/PMS/Marsha experience will be prioritized.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.Must have flexible work schedule. Able to work all shifts- days, overnights, weekends, holidays.Knowledge of front desk procedures and protocol preferred.Excellent organizational skills.Strong communication skills- oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure with good attention to details.Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manner.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Interested in solid long term position or rapid career growth.This is an hourly position and ideal for an individual who wants to grow his/her career within our company, Columbia Sussex Corporation.Benefits:401 (k).Dental Insurance.Employee discount.Health insurance.Paid time off.Vision Insurance.Experience:Hotel experience: minimum 2 years.
