As a Front Desk Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining brand and Concord standards. Positioned at the hub of guest interaction, you will ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. If you enjoy engaging with others, leading a team, and take pride in being proactive, responsive, and caring, this role is a perfect fit. Many of our supervisors advance within a few years to Assistant General Manager roles.ResponsibilitiesProvide the highest quality of service to guests at all timesCheck guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly mannerHandle guest mail and messages with professionalism and accuracyMaintain thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategiesTake reservations and manage room blocks and special requestsAnswer switchboard calls following proper telephone etiquette standardsMonitor room availability and assist AGM/GM with yield management and restrictionsHandle guest safe deposits per established proceduresKeep the lobby and desk area clean and presentableMaintain thorough knowledge of emergency and security proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to delivering outstanding guest serviceBenefits (Full-Time Associates Only)Competitive wagesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and short/long-term disability options401(k) program with company matchTuition assistanceDiscounted room rates at Concord-managed hotelsTraining, development, and career advancement opportunitiesWhy Join Concord?At Concord Hospitality, we invest in our associates through training and development at all levels.
