Production Logistics Coordinator (Cycle Counts & Forklift)

Your missionKeep production humming by moving the right materials, to the right place, at the right time—safely and accurately. Picture this: a truck arrives, you confirm the shipment, flag a defect before it reaches the floor, stock it in the correct sector, and update the system so the next pick is effortless. That’s the rhythm you’ll set every day.Impact you’ll makeEnsure inventory accuracy and uninterrupted flow of materials to designated production areas.Run the tools of the trade: forklifts, hand jacks, tape measures, calculators, computers, loading docks, cranes, scales, data collection equipment, radios, and copy machines.Check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; identify and report defects.Receive, label, and place materials in proper sector locations.Execute cycle counts and complete physical inventories for assigned materials.Create precise documentation for all shipments sent to production.Use computers to access data and complete paperwork on time.Follow daily picking directives, including manual placement, transfers between warehouses, and returns to stock.Load and unload trailers and trucks with care.Conduct daily equipment checks—fluid levels included—and complete checklists.Work to company standards for safety, efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, and productivity.Promote a safe workspace for colleagues near moving vehicles.Collaborate with the team to deliver a quality product.Demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance and maintain good attendance records.Be prepared for mandatory overtime when needed.Adhere to company policies and procedures; communicate clearly in a team environment.Perform additional related duties as assigned.What qualifies youValid forklift license/certification.Strong skills in inventory management and control.Experience within a manufacturing setting.
