Schedule:MondayFriday | 5:306:30 AM3:00 PM
OT may be required Fridays & Saturdays
REQUIREDManufacturing Environment3+ years forklift experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting

Role OverviewHands-on role supportingmaterial control, shipping & receiving, and inventoryin a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. This position combinesforklift operation and ERP inventory workwith a team.Reports to: Inventory/Shipping SupervisorKey Responsibilities
Material Control & Inventory
Pick, pull, and distribute materials usingEpicor ERP
Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
Organize warehouse storage for efficiency and safety
Shipping & Receiving
Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments
Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments
Ensure shipping paperwork and documentation accuracy
Forklift Operation
Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Perform basic equipment upkeep (charging, fueling)
Safety
Follow PPE and warehouse safety requirements
Maintain clean, organized work areas
QualificationsForklift experience required
3+ years warehouse/material control experience
Prior leadership experience given priority
Computer skills required (Microsoft suite)
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience with EPICOR strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs team lift)
Work EnvironmentManufacturing/warehouse setting/Outdoors
Exposure to moving equipment, noise, and seasonal temperatures
