How you’ll make an impact in this role Direct holistic patient recovery by performing comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments that capture the full picture of a patient's physical and mental well-being. Design individualized care pathways by developing and evolving nursing plans that align with the broader treatment team’s goals to ensure every patient has a clear road to stability. Facilitate therapeutic breakthroughs by leading group therapy sessions and implementing evidence-based interventions that empower patients to develop healthy coping mechanisms. Advocate as a clinical expert within multidisciplinary team conferences, ensuring that nursing insights directly influence the evolution of the patient’s treatment and safety. Monitor and pivot care strategies by continuously evaluating patient responses to treatment, allowing for real-time adjustments that reflect the patient’s current status and needs. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
