There is never a dull moment with us.JobDescription/PreferredQualifications Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production plannersDevelop short and longterm production plans to meet customer demand and business objectiveStandardize planning processes and drive best practices across the organizationSupport audits, executive reviews, and operational readiness initiativeOversee planning activities within ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP)Analyze demand and supply signals to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunitiesReview and analyze dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, cycle time, inventory, and service levels, on time starts, etc. to drive continuous improvementSupport new product launches (NPL) and product ramps, ensuring supply readinessCollaborate with operations and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, or constrainsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain, or operations, with 8+ years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of assembly/test operation sHandson experience with MRP, MPS, S&OP, and long leadtime managementProficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skillsAPICS certification is a plusMinimum Qualifications5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or PHD without work experience; or equivalent experienceBase Pay Range: $120,700.00 - $205,200.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
