Locum Orthopedic Surgery Job in Missouri Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery physician for long-term locum coverage near Republic, MO. Job Details: Coverage Date: 2/14/2022 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only Practice Setting: Inpatient EMR System: Epic Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Other Details: Beeper call coverage, 15 minute response time. Approx. 40,000 adult emergency visits General & trauma ortho cases There is an APP and MA who assists for triage purposes No designated trauma ORs but we have a 7 am block each day Level 2 trauma center and ship out the polytraumas and pelvic fractures Transfer protocol - we transfer to Springfield for a higher level of care, they have subspecialty ortho call Level 2 Trauma experience is acceptable if not fellow trained If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please call or text MD Staff at (404)400-3373.
