Job Description Landscaping TechnicianCompany: Doorkeeper Real Estate Management LLCLocation: Denver Metro AreaJob Type: Full-TimePay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 8-Hour ShiftExpected Hours: 40 hours per weekAdditional Schedule Requirements: On-call availability and weekends as neededPosition OverviewDoorkeeper Real Estate Management LLC is seeking an experienced Landscaping Technician to support our commercial and residential properties throughout the Denver metro area.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely landscaping and grounds maintenance services across multiple properties within the Doorkeeper portfolio. We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining attractive and well-kept outdoor environments while providing outstanding customer service to tenants and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general landscaping and grounds maintenance dutiesMow lawns and maintain landscape appearancePrune and trim shrubs, trees, and plantsMaintain curb appeal and perform trash pickupPlant and maintain seasonal flowers and landscaping featuresPerform weed pulling and weed maintenanceAssist with landscape sprinkler systems (experience is a plus)Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs related to grounds and landscaping systemsTroubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment and toolsPerform snow removal services at multiple propertiesMaintain safety standards and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) as requiredInteract professionally with customers, tenants, vendors, and team membersProvide follow-up communication with customers as neededPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid Colorado Driver’s License with clean driving record and reliable transportation requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to read, write, and speak English proficiently (bilingual candidates highly preferred)Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and email systemsAbility to lift up to 75 poundsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform snow removal duties during winter conditionsAbility to tolerate hot and dry summer weather conditionsWillingness to work overtime and weekends when neededWork EnvironmentThis position requires working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions while servicing multiple residential and commercial properties throughout the Denver metro area.Why Join Doorkeeper Real Estate Management LLC?Stable full-time opportunityWork with a company dedicated to exceptional tenant experiencesSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of propertiesCompetitive hourly compensation
